Job Description:
Join a collaborative, high-energy team of four HR professionals dedicated to providing a premier candidate experience. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will serve as the "face" of our organization, acting as the primary point of contact for non-executive candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
This role is critical in ensuring our selection process runs seamlessly, professionally, and efficiently.
Primary Responsibilities
- Interview Orchestration: Schedule and coordinate complex, non-executive level interviews while adhering to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Candidate Experience: Facilitate a "white glove" experience for all candidates. This includes greeting them in person, managing onsite logistics (room bookings, refreshments, materials), and assisting with travel arrangements as needed.
- Technical Support: Utilize Workday, Outlook, and Zoom to maintain process integrity and ensure all stakeholders are informed.
- Partnership & Communication: Build strong relationships with Recruiters and Hiring Managers, providing regular status updates and ensuring transparency throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Operational Excellence: Support HR Operations through system testing, defect tracking, and knowledge sharing to improve recruiting workflows.
- Assessment Support: Assist in coordinating candidate assessment processes to ensure high-quality hiring outcomes.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in Recruiting, Human Resources, or high-level Administrative support.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on diplomacy and tact.
- Critical Thinking: Proven ability to apply sound judgment, handle multiple shifting priorities, and maintain strict confidentiality.
Preferred Skills ("Nice to Haves"):
- Previous experience in a Corporate HR environment.
- Familiarity with HRIS and servicing systems such as Workday, HR Acuity, or AbsenceSoft.
- Experience with Recruiting Coordination or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
