Company Overview:
Tiello is partnered with a global manufacturer of advanced security system products serving the security and access control markets. The company is recognized for its innovation, reliability, and long-standing reputation across commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, and government sectors. They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth and strengthen partnerships within an established territory.
Role Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand market presence, manage key customer relationships, and drive revenue growth within the assigned territory. This individual will work closely with security integrators, distributors, and end-users to promote communication and access control product solutions while providing technical and sales support throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement territory sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets
- Cultivate and manage relationships with security integrators, distributors, consultants, and end-users
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations to promote brand awareness and solution adoption
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and product management teams to identify and address market needs
- Support regional and national accounts by assisting with system design, specifications, and technical sales support
- Track market trends, competitive activity, and new business opportunities
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and regional training programs
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM reporting to ensure accurate tracking of opportunities
- Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction
- Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer service across all interactions
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 5 years of outside sales or business development experience in security, low voltage, communications, or access control industries
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and growing regional territories
- Strong understanding of channel sales models and distributor/integrator relationships
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Technical aptitude with IP-based systems and communication technologies preferred
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout assigned region
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
