Three Rivers Hospice is seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as RN Coordinator for our Lee's Summit office.
This is more than a nursing position—it's an opportunity to lead an entire interdisciplinary hospice team while continuing to make a meaningful impact on patients and families throughout your community.
As the RN Coordinator, you will oversee the daily clinical operations of the office, mentor and support your staff, ensure exceptional patient care, and foster a positive, team-focused culture. We're looking for a servant leader who is clinically strong, highly organized, and passionate about developing others.
What You'll Do
- Provide leadership and clinical oversight for the Lee's Summit hospice office.
- Supervise and support nurses, CNAs, social workers, chaplains, and office staff.
- Coordinate daily patient care and staffing to ensure exceptional service.
- Mentor, coach, and develop clinical team members.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality hospice care.
- Ensure compliance with hospice regulations, quality standards, and documentation requirements.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and promote clinical excellence.
- Build strong relationships with patients, families, referral partners, and community providers.
What We're Looking For
- Current Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Hospice experience strongly preferred.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Outstanding clinical judgment and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building abilities.
- A positive attitude and a passion for serving patients, families, and fellow team members.
