What You’ll Do- Recruit, train, and support hospice volunteers who bring comfort to our patients and families
- Match volunteers to patient needs and provide ongoing supervision and encouragement
- Maintain volunteer files, records, and reports
- Track monthly volunteer activity and ensure documentation accuracy
- Conduct evaluations, offer feedback, and foster ongoing engagement
- Support team meetings, events, and community involvement initiatives
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Hospice or healthcare experience preferred
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized
- Ability to multitask and prioritize with compassion
- A genuine calling to serve others
