Three Rivers Hospice in Mountain Grove is actively seeking competent Registered Nurses to case manage hospice patients. If you're tired of working weekends, holidays, nights, etc., however, still enjoy patient care, this is the place for you. The Registered Nurse (RN) in hospice assumes full nursing responsibility for the delivery of the Plan of Care in collaboration with other professionals and implements treatment strategies that promotes physical, psychosocial, emotional and spiritual well-being for each hospice patient, and their families. Hospice care takes a special heart. Three Rivers Hospice provides training to give you the tools to alleviate pain and suffering at end of life for the patients, and their families.
RN Case managers support the policies, procedures, goals, and objectives of hospice in an attempt to assure quality patient care.
