Elder Law / Guardianship Associate – Orlando, Florida
Our client is a full-service AV-Rated law firm that has an immediate need for a Guardianship / Elder Law Associate to focus primarily on complex guardianship planning work for high-net-worth clients. The successful candidate will have 4 -10 years of strong guardianship, special needs estate planning experience, Medicaid planning experience, strong communication skills, and a professional demeanor. Must have excellent attention to detail, be comfortable interacting with clients, be a team player, and have a strong ability to multitask. Candidates should be barred in Florida.
This position offers immediate responsibility and client exposure in a friendly, collegial work environment, an equity partner opportunity, and excellent compensation and benefits. The team is both supportive and collaborative, providing the candidate with the opportunity to gain experience while learning from a reputed practitioner. Salary range of $140,000 - $200,000 with bonuses.
