What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Attorney position at ThinkingAhead Executive Search?
Our client is an AV-rated law firm searching for an Associate Attorney with 4-8 years of experience in litigation. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials and skills in legal research, writing, and oral advocacy. Experience is required in depositions, discovery, and motion practice involving complex litigation. Experience in the following is preferred: Real estate litigation, business litigation, title disputes, business litigation, probate litigation, property tax appeals, and eminent domain. Admission to the Florida Bar is required. Salary is $160,000 - $200,000 , depending on experience, with bonuses.
