Litigation Attorney

Summary

Our client is a full-service law firm with offices located in Orlando and Tampa and is seeking dedicated, hard-working professionals for their Orlando office with litigation experience. Candidates must be licensed in Florida.

Responsibilties

• Litigate and negotiate on behalf of clients in civil cases
• Conduct legal research and analysis to build strong cases
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
• Collaborate with colleagues and experts to develop case strategies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files
  
  

Qualification

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Florida bar association
• Proven experience as a litigation attorney, preferably with a focus on general liability insurance defense
• Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
