What You Will Do
- Manage a caseload of personal injury cases with the guidance of senior attorneys
- Conduct client interviews, evaluate claims, and provide compassionate legal counsel
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and correspondence with precision and professionalism
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance adjusters
- Participate in depositions, mediations, and hearings as part of your professional development
- Negotiate settlements that protect and empower clients
- Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure timely case progress
- Maintain organized case files and uphold firm standards of excellence
What We’re Looking For
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing with The Florida Bar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to learn
- Compassionate advocate with a client-first mindset
- Prior experience or internship in personal injury law a plus, but not required
