Overview
We’re hiring a Financial Consultant / Business Development professional on behalf of our client—a growing wealth management firm based in Dallas.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a relationship-driven, consultative environment and is energized by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and helping clients navigate complex financial decisions.
You’ll serve as a key connector between prospective clients, referral partners, and internal advisory teams—playing a direct role in the firm’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and engage prospective high-net-worth clients and drive new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional and professional referral partners
• Lead consultative conversations and presentations to communicate value and align services with client goals
• Partner closely with internal advisors, planners, and investment teams to ensure a seamless client experience
• Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools
• Stay informed on financial markets, planning strategies, and industry trends to support client conversations
• Simplify complex financial concepts and build trust with prospective clients
What You Bring
• 3 years of experience in financial services, ideally in a client-facing or business development role
• Active Series 65, or Series 7 and 66 combination
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence
• Proven ability to build relationships and drive business results
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft 365 tools

Salary : $150,000 - $170,000
