Overview
We’re hiring a CFP on behalf of our client- a growing, retirement-focused wealth management firm based in Northern Arizona.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial plans, including retirement, tax, estate, insurance, and education planning
- Participate in client meetings and serve as a trusted point of contact for planning-related questions
- Analyze client financial data and develop recommendations aligned with client goals
- Support ongoing client service, reviews, and follow-up items
- Stay current on CFP® standards, financial planning best practices, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- CFP® certification required (or in the process of obtaining)
- 2 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management
- Strong understanding of comprehensive financial planning concepts
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with financial planning and CRM software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, Redtail, or similar)
- Ability to work effectively in a small, team-oriented firm environment
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
