What you’ll be doing
- Supporting advisors with client paperwork, account processing, and follow-up
- Coordinating and confirming client appointments to ensure well-prepared meetings
- Participating in client meetings to assist with documentation and logistics
- Managing inbound client communication by phone, email, and in person with care and professionalism
- Building rapport with clients and reinforcing a consistent, high-touch service experience
- Maintaining compliance records, investment documentation, and audit-ready files
- Protecting sensitive information and upholding strict confidentiality standards
- Collaborating across teams to keep workflows moving and issues resolved
- Assisting with firm events, internal communications, and culture initiatives
