About the Role
We’re hiring a Financial Advisor on behalf of our client – a growing, independent wealth management firm based in Loveland, Colorado. This role is designed for an advisor who thrives in front of clients, enjoys closing business, and values deep, long-term relationships.
This advisor will step into a highly supported environment with warm, pre-scheduled leads, a dedicated operations team, and a proven, repeatable sales process. The focus is simple: build trust, guide clients through confident financial decisions, and grow a meaningful book of business. Over time, this role has a clear evolution path toward becoming a primarily closing-focused advisor, supported by associate and service advisors as the book grows.
Key Responsibilities
• Meet with prospective clients from firm-generated, pre-scheduled leads
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand goals, concerns, and life context
• Present comprehensive financial planning and investment recommendations
• Close new client relationships and guide clients through onboarding decisions
• Maintain ownership of client relationships and deliver a high-touch experience
• Select portfolio allocations using firm-approved models and strategies
• Identify appropriate annuity solutions when applicable
• Collaborate closely with operations and planning teams to execute recommendations
• Participate in team case reviews and strategy discussions
• Uphold the firm’s professional standards and client experience expectations
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Experience working directly with clients in a financial advisory, wealth management, or planning environment
• Strong closing ability with a consultative, relationship-first approach
• Backgrounds from independent RIAs, wirehouses, or custodial platforms are welcome
• Series 65
• Insurance license preferred
• High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills
• Confident, professional presence in client meetings
• Coachable and open to following a consistent sales process
• Motivated, hungry, and growth-oriented
• Comfortable working fully onsite in a professional office environment
