Looking for an exciting Financial Advisor Opportunity? Look no further.

We’re hiring a Financial Advisor on behalf of our client, a growing hybrid wealth management firm focused on delivering high-touch retirement planning across Central Texas.

This is a relationship-driven advisory role. You’ll step in once a new client chooses to work with the firm, help implement their retirement plan, and become their long-term advisor. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful client relationships, offering impeccable service experience, and values collaboration & growth.

About the Firm

The firm is an independent hybrid RIA with deep roots in retirement income planning and a long-standing partnership with a national marketing and practice management leader.

Key highlights:

• Consistently adding $100M in new assets each year, with a long-term vision of scaling to $1B of new assets annually

• Clients are primarily pre-retirees and retirees (ages 55–70) with $1M–$5M in investable assets

• Planning includes retirement income, tax strategies, portfolio sustainability, and light estate planning, supported by internal CPAs and external attorneys

• Culture is warm, collaborative, and candid: a family-like team that works hard, communicates directly, and genuinely cares for its clients and employees

The firm is expanding throughout Central Texas, which means ongoing opportunity for advisors who want to grow their impact and career.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in post-close meetings and help finalize and implement retirement plans

• Lead regular client review meetings—translating complex planning concepts into warm, clear guidance

• Coordinate closely with the paraplanner to prepare scenarios, reports, and meeting deliverables

• Work with the new business and service teams to manage onboarding, transfers, RMDs, and account maintenance

• Maintain proactive communication, timely follow-up, and accurate documentation

• Build trust-based relationships that support strong retention and natural referral flow

• Engage in team meetings, EOS implementation, and firm-wide initiatives as the organization scales

Ideal Candidate

Experience & Background

• Several years of direct client-facing experience in financial planning, wealth management, or advisory roles

• Strong foundation in retirement income planning and working with pre-retirees or retirees

• Experience in an RIA or hybrid environment is helpful but not required
