Discovery & Financial Planning
- Conduct structured discovery meetings with prospects to understand their goals, concerns, priorities, and financial circumstances, with a focus on improving conversion ratios at each step of the sales process.
- Assess prospects’ existing portfolios and financial strategies, identifying any areas misaligned with their goals, risk tolerance, or time horizon, and communicate potential strategies to address these gaps.
- Prepare financial plans and present clear, simplified, and compliant recommendations that are in the client’s best interest and support forward progress.
Client Onboarding
- Lead prospective clients through the full onboarding process, consistently achieving targets for new-client conversions and successful transitions into long-term advisory relationships.

- Maintain all required licenses and adhere strictly to SEC, state, and firm-level compliance requirements at every stage of the prospecting, planning, and onboarding process.
- Follow all firm policies and procedures to ensure ethical, transparent, and client-first advisory practices.
- Stay current on regulatory changes and industry best practices to uphold the highest professional and compliance standards.
