Client Experience & Marketing Coordinator
Location: Dayton, OH (Onsite)
Salary: $45,000 – $50,000
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, systems-minded Client Experience & Marketing Coordinator to support marketing operations, prospect management, and event execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys working with data and systems, and has a strong eye for visual communication.
This individual will play a key role in streamlining marketing efforts, managing the prospect pipeline, and enhancing the overall client experience through organized tracking, digital marketing execution, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data, Systems & Marketing Operations
- Build and maintain dashboards to track marketing and prospecting performance
- Monitor KPIs across campaigns, events, and digital channels
- Ensure CRM accuracy, hygiene, and workflow optimization
- Manage and track prospect pipelines from initial contact through conversion
- Generate regular reports and insights for leadership
- Support marketing automation and process improvements
2. Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Own and manage the social media content calendar
- Create and schedule posts across platforms
- Design marketing graphics using tools such as Canva or Adobe
- Repurpose content from advisors into engaging digital formats
- Track and report on engagement and performance metrics
- Coordinate video, photo, and other digital assets
3. Prospect Management
- Track and manage new prospect activity and pipeline stages
- Coordinate follow-ups after meetings and introductions
- Support advisors with prospect communications and next steps
- Prepare prospect materials and meeting packets
- Schedule and organize prospect meetings
- Serve as the central coordinator for prospect flow and activity
4. Event Marketing & Execution Support
- Assist with planning and executing client and prospect events
- Build and manage registration systems and RSVP tracking
- Support digital promotion of events
- Coordinate logistics alongside the events team
- Track event performance and ROI
- Manage post-event follow-up and reporting
5. Graphic & Visual Content Creation
- Design polished marketing materials and social media graphics
- Create presentations and event-related visuals
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing assets
- Quickly produce high-quality visuals using tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or similar
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, client experience, or operations support
- Strong organizational and systems-thinking mindset
- Experience with CRM systems and data tracking preferred
- Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
