We’re hiring an Investment Administrator on behalf of our client—a growing, midsize boutique wealth management firm (~$1.2B AUM) focused on high-touch client service, personalized portfolio management, and long-term wealth planning.

What you’ll be doing:
- Managing account openings, ACATs, and ongoing account maintenance
- Working daily within Charles Schwab Advisor Center
- Supporting account transitions and onboarding pipelines
- Serving as a key point of contact for client service and custodial requests
- Ensuring compliance, documentation accuracy, and audit readiness
- Partnering across operations, compliance, and advisory teams to improve processes
What you bring:
- 3 years in an RIA, wealth management firm, or broker-dealer (not entry-level)
- Hands-on experience with Charles Schwab Advisor Center (required)
- Strong understanding of account types, transfers, and operational workflows
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- A client-first mindset with strong communication skills
