Job Summary
An Account Manager serves as the liaison between Fusion and it’s customers. It is your responsibility to listen and address customers’ needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to help develop and maintain strong relationships.
To be successful as an Account Manager, you should be able to manage your time effectively with the ability to multi-task. You will have a close working relationship with our production staff due to the fact that quality control of projects will be an integral part of the role. Ultimately, an exceptional Account Manager should be able to manage multiple accounts while maintaining a high-level of professionalism towards any and all customers.
What You’ll Do…
- Help build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Addressing and resolving clients’ needs in a professional manor.
- Coordinate with our production team that projects are on track to be successful.
- Providing quotes to customers on requests that can be done using our internal pricing guides, calculators and other provided tools.
- Other duties as assigned.
