Job Summary
This position will ensure customers receive accurate orders in a timely manner, monitor orders leaving the company, and ensure all related documents, such as shipping documents, invoices, and purchase orders, are accurate.
What You’ll Do…
- Timely processing of receipts and shipments, including international and domestic goods
- Cross functional communication and interaction with various functions including regulatory, customer service, supply chain, etc. and others as required
- Timely returns processing as applicable
- Follow provided control procedures to complete tasks
- Maintain a neat and safe work environment

Operate material handling equipment
- Including potential use of forklifts or other equipment with appropriate training and/or certification
- Load and/or unload trucks as required
- Some areas will require the handling of chemicals with proper training and PPE
- Must work overtime as required for business needs
- Support all initiatives as identified by management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements
- Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments
- Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned
