Executive Vice President / Chief Revenue Officer (EVP / CRO)

The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a senior revenue leader to unify and accelerate growth across its collective of agencies. This role sits at the executive table and owns enterprise-wide revenue strategy, new business, marketing alignment, and go-to-market execution.
This is a player–coach CRO role for someone who thrives in complex, multi-agency environments and understands how to scale revenue in the modern marketing, experiential, and events landscape.
Who We’re Looking For
An experienced, credible, high-energy revenue leader with a proven track record of driving growth for marketing, experiential, digital, or professional services organizations. This person blends strategic vision with operational rigor and excels at building relationships—internally and externally.
Core Experience & Background

5–10 years in senior revenue, sales, business development, or marketing leadership

Proven success selling agency services, experiential programs, digital solutions, or integrated marketing offerings

Experience building and leading high-performing sales/BD teams

Demonstrated success in owning revenue strategy, pipeline development, forecasting, and CRM optimization

Background working cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and client leadership teams

Comfortable operating in fast-growth, multi-brand, or matrixed organizations
