Director of Business Development
Multi Image Group (MIG) is the preeminent live event, exhibit, and experiential agency. We focus on bringing talent, creativity, and technology together to strategically design, create, produce, and stage the most exciting and meaningful experiences on earth.
We are hiring a Director of Business Development to drive new logo growth and elevate how MIG pursues new opportunities. This is a senior sales role focused on disciplined prospecting, deep qualification, and strategic opportunity leadership. You’ll build and manage your own pipeline while helping set standards and best practices for how MIG finds and wins business. You will collaborate with robust internal teams that include Executive Producers, Technical Directors, Animators, Lighting Designers, Creative Directors, Art Directors, Sound Engineers, and many other in-house professionals who will help develop the best possible solutions for our brand partners. This role can be remote or in-person, based in our Boca Raton, Florida, office.

Role & Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new opportunities aligned with MIG’s strengths in events, exhibits, and experiences

Build a consistent outbound cadence (calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals)

Research prospects to understand their goals, challenges, and buying process

Qualify opportunities rigorously before engaging internal teams

Lead opportunities from initial contact through proposal, pitch, and close

Present MIG’s capabilities with confidence and clarity

Travel to client presentations and industry events is a priority

Maintain CRM hygiene (activity, pipeline, forecasting)
Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to clarity and professionalism

5 years of sales experience in meetings, events, agency, production, or related hospitality environments

Self-directed, accountable, and collaborative while demonstrating success in prospecting, qualifying, and closing complex opportunities

Comfortable with long sales cycles and multiple decision-makers

Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in live and virtual event production.

Strong eye for crafting clear, visually engaging, and original client communications, including sales presentations and marketing materials.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams), Salesforce, and usage with a wide range of prospecting tools.
