Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Chief Marketing Officer at Hart Agency, Inc based in Melville, NY. The CMO will be responsible for developing and leading marketing strategies, overseeing market research, conducting market planning, managing marketing teams, and spearheading public relations efforts. The role also involves working closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business development goals, ensuring effective branding, and driving overall growth.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Market Planning and Market Research
- Strong experience in Public Relations and building brand presence
- Demonstrated success in Marketing Management and Sales collaboration
- Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Experience in industries served by, such as the Food & Beverage industry, is a plus
- Salary Range - $100,000 to $150,000, dependent on credentials and experience.
