Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Overnight Houseman to join our team at The Swiftwater. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for both staff and guests.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained, including restrooms and dining areas.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and report any maintenance issues to management.
- Provide excellent hospitality by responding promptly to guest requests for additional services or supplies.
- Assist with laundry services as needed to maintain clean linens and uniforms.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial roles, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills for interacting with team members and guests.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
