What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Project Manager position at The Sterling Choice?
Senior Project Manager – Water/Wastewater (Florida)
You can keep managing pieces of projects…
Or take full ownership of them.
I’m working with a leading engineering consultancy that’s growing across Florida and looking to bring in a Senior Project Manager to support a strong pipeline of municipal work.
This is a role for someone who wants to lead from the front, technically and commercially.
What you’ll be doing:
• Owning water and wastewater projects from planning and design through to construction
• Leading multi-disciplinary teams across treatment, pump stations and pipeline projects
• Acting as the main point of contact for municipal clients
• Overseeing design deliverables, reports, specs and QA/QC
• Supporting proposals, scopes and project pursuits
What they’re looking for:
• 10–15 years in water/wastewater engineering (consulting side)
• Strong design background across treatment and/or conveyance
• PE license (or close to obtaining)
• Comfortable leading teams and being client-facing
• Someone who understands both delivery and how work is won
Why it’s worth a look:
• Real project ownership, not sitting behind layers
• Strong pipeline of secured Florida work
• Opportunity to influence both technical delivery and client growth
• Backed by an established consultancy with a solid reputation in the market
If you’ve reached the point where you want more control over the projects you’re delivering, this is worth a conversation.
Drop me a message and I’ll run you through it.
