- Own the Process: You’ll be the master of mass and energy balances, identifying bottlenecks and driving OEE to new heights.
- Scale Innovation: You’ll lead the charge in taking new products from pilot phase to commercial reality.
- Drive Sustainability: Our client is committed to the planet; you will lead projects specifically focused on energy savings and process yield optimization.

What You Bring to the Table
- The Credentials: A Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Bioprocessing, or Food Engineering.
- The Experience: 2 years in an industrial setting. If you have experience with spray-drying or wet processes, you are at the top of our list.
- The Mindset: You are a "Strategic Doer." You can analyze complex data at a high level but are equally comfortable on the floor troubleshooting with the operations team.
