Full time W2 hourly contract position

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA.
The Sage Group’s client, a leading Fintech company, is searching for a Creative Operations Program Manager.
Role Overview
The Growth Marketing team manages a high-volume paid creative pipeline across Paid Social, Affiliates, Direct Mail, Mobile, and Native channels. Every asset must move through Legal & Compliance and bank partner review before launch. This role owns the day-to-day compliance and collateral workflow, from Jira ticket submission through revision cycles and final asset delivery. The ideal candidate is highly organized, execution-focused, and comfortable working across Jira, Figma, Slack, and cross-functional stakeholder groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the COL Jira board, including opening parent stories and sub-tasks, monitoring approximately 100 active tickets, updating statuses, and keeping workflows aligned.
- Action feedback from Legal & Compliance and bank partners by making required edits to static creative assets in Figma, re-uploading files, and routing tickets for additional review.
- Close approved tickets and coordinate final asset handoff for channel delivery.
- Lead recurring meetings, including weekly compliance office hours and creative strategy triage sessions, while documenting outcomes and next steps.
- Attend collateral review meetings, agency live review calls, GTM team meetings, marketing and compliance syncs, and weekly 1:1s with the GTM Marketing Lead.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for agency and stakeholder coordination, ensuring revision feedback is clear, specific, and actionable.
- Review creative assets for disclosure accuracy, claim compliance, and brand standards prior to submission.
- Perform light Figma edits, QA approved files, maintain naming conventions and asset libraries, and support UGC production logistics in Asana.
- Own the Paid DR Creative Asana portfolio, maintain timelines, track projects from brief through delivery, and keep compliance documentation updated.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in creative operations, project management, or marketing compliance coordination
- Hands-on Jira experience managing high-volume ticket queues with sub-task workflows
- Experience in a regulated marketing environment such as fintech, financial services, healthcare, or a similar industry
- Working knowledge of Figma sufficient to make copy, text, and disclosure edits independently
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to provide clear revision direction
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines and workstreams with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with bank partner review workflows or collateral compliance processes
- Familiarity with paid media creative across static, video, direct mail, and UGC formats
- Experience working with external creative agencies and using review tools such as Frame.io
- Comfort with Asana for production project management
