What You’ll Do
- Support daily BOH operations in a high-volume scratch kitchen
- Lead, coach, and develop kitchen team members
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
- Assist with ordering, inventory, and prep execution
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Help drive efficient service during peak volume
- Support menu execution and seasonal features
- Build a strong, positive kitchen culture
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years experience in a high-volume scratch kitchen
- Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or strong Lead Line Cook background
- Hands-on leadership style
- Experience with team development and training
- Organized and systems-driven approach
- Menu execution and culinary fundamentals
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Strong work ethic and growth mindset
Schedule & Expectations
- 45–55 hours per week
- Hands-on leadership during peak service periods
Compensation
$55,000–$65,000 base salary
