Salary: $60,000 - $70,000

Responsibilities
- Support daily restaurant operations and lead the team during shifts
- Coach, develop, and motivate front- and back-of-house team members
- Drive guest satisfaction and ensure service standards are maintained
- Assist with scheduling, labor management, inventory, and cost controls
- Foster a positive culture focused on teamwork and accountability
Qualifications
- 2 years of restaurant management experience
- Casual dining or high-volume restaurant background preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with labor management, staffing, and guest relations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
