Position Overview
We are seeking a polished and well-rounded Restaurant Manager with a strong background in full-service dining and beverage-driven operations. This role requires a hands-on hospitality leader who can oversee daily operations, lead teams effectively, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate has prior General Manager-level experience, understands the operational demands of full-service restaurants, and brings experience beyond fast-casual dining concepts.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Guest Experience
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and operational execution
- Lead floor operations during peak service periods with strong guest interaction
- Address guest concerns professionally and proactively
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop front-of-house team members and shift leaders
- Foster a positive, accountable, and hospitality-focused culture
- Lead by example with strong communication and visible floor leadership
Beverage Program Oversight
- Support and oversee beverage operations including beer, wine, and liquor sales
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with all regulations
- Monitor beverage performance, inventory, and cost controls
Financial & Operational Performance
- Support labor management, inventory controls, and operational efficiency
- Assist in driving sales growth and profitability initiatives
- Ensure execution of company standards, systems, and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a General Manager or senior restaurant leader required
- Strong full-service restaurant background required
- Experience managing beverage-focused operations, including beer, wine, and liquor sales
- Experience beyond fast-casual dining environments strongly preferred
- Proven leadership experience in high-volume restaurant settings
- Strong communication, organizational, and team development skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced service environments
