We are seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to lead daily FOH operations for a high-volume, chef-driven fine dining steakhouse and seafood concept. This hands-on leader will oversee service excellence, team development, guest satisfaction, and operational performance while ensuring an elevated dining experience in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in upscale or fine dining restaurants, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for hospitality and guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all Front-of-House operations, including dining room, bar, host stand, and private dining service.
- Lead, coach, train, and develop FOH staff to deliver exceptional hospitality.
- Ensure consistent execution of service standards, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly while creating memorable dining experiences.
- Manage labor, scheduling, payroll, cash handling, and daily operational reports.
- Monitor inventory, beverage controls, and operational costs.
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and BOH leadership to ensure seamless service.
- Support banquet and private event operations as needed.
- Recruit, onboard, evaluate, and retain high-performing team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Front of House management experience in a high-volume fine dining or upscale full-service restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and elevated guest service standards.
- Proven leadership experience managing large hospitality teams.
- Experience with scheduling, labor management, payroll, and operational reporting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
- Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
