What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Lead & Inspire: Cultivate a positive, high-energy work environment. Train, mentor, and develop team members for future growth.
- Drive Operations: Oversee daily shifts to ensure speed of service, food safety, and product quality meet our exceptionally high standards.
- Financial Stewardship: Assist the GM in managing P&L, controlling labor costs, maximizing food margins, and driving local store marketing initiatives.
- Guest Experience: Lead by example on the floor, ensuring every guest receives an authentic, friendly, and efficient experience.

- Experienced Leader: You have 2 years of management experience in a high-volume, fast-casual or quick-service restaurant environment.
