We are seeking experienced and dependable Line Cooks to join a fast-paced Italian restaurant operating within a resort community environment. This is a structured kitchen focused on consistency, urgency, and strong execution during service.

The ideal candidate is a skilled cook with experience in scratch kitchens, upscale casual restaurants, Italian concepts, steakhouses, resorts, or hospitality-driven dining environments. Candidates must be able to contribute immediately with minimal supervision and maintain professionalism during high-volume service periods.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute food preparation and station responsibilities with consistency and urgency
  • Work grill, sauté, pasta, expo, or multiple stations during service as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards throughout shifts
  • Assist with prep production and station setup for daily service
  • Follow recipes, portion standards, and kitchen procedures consistently
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen team during fast-paced dinner services
  • Support smooth kitchen operations in a team-oriented environment
  • Maintain quality standards while handling high ticket volume and pressure

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of line cook experience in scratch kitchen or high-volume restaurant environments
  • Experience in Italian, upscale casual, steakhouse, resort, or polished casual concepts preferred
  • Strong understanding of grill, sauté, pasta, expo, or multi-station cooking
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy services
  • Strong sense of urgency, organization, and consistency
  • Reliable transportation and strong attendance required
  • Team-oriented mindset with professional kitchen attitude
  • Ability to contribute with minimal hand-holding in a structured kitchen environment
