Key Responsibilities
- Execute food preparation and station responsibilities with consistency and urgency
- Work grill, sauté, pasta, expo, or multiple stations during service as needed
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards throughout shifts
- Assist with prep production and station setup for daily service
- Follow recipes, portion standards, and kitchen procedures consistently
- Communicate effectively with kitchen team during fast-paced dinner services
- Support smooth kitchen operations in a team-oriented environment
- Maintain quality standards while handling high ticket volume and pressure
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of line cook experience in scratch kitchen or high-volume restaurant environments
