We are seeking a hands-on, high-energy General Manager to lead a full-service, scratch-kitchen restaurant in a high-growth environment. This is a build, lead, and elevate opportunity for an operator who thrives in accountability, culture building, and performance-driven results.
COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: ~$75,000
- Bonus Potential: ~$20,000
- Profit sharing tied to KPI performance (labor, COGS, revenue, guest experience)
- Leawood, Kansas area
THE ROLE
This is a true operational leadership position, not a desk job. The right candidate will be fully engaged on the floor, setting the tone for service, standards, and team execution.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading FOH BOH operations daily
- Driving revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency
- Building, training, and retaining strong teams
- Maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and consistency
- Managing P&L with strong focus on labor and COGS
- Creating a culture of accountability and hospitality excellence
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Full-service restaurant leadership experience (scratch kitchen preferred)
- Strong financial acumen (P&L, labor, cost controls)
- Hands-on operator with an owner/operator mindset
- Proven ability to lead and develop FOH/BOH teams
- Experience managing high-volume units ($4M–$5M )
- Strong execution standards and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in performance-based, KPI-driven environments
