What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Leading day-to-day restaurant operations across FOH and BOH
• Building, coaching, and retaining high-performing management and hourly teams
• Driving sales, labor performance, food cost controls, and overall profitability
• Maintaining exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction
• Creating a strong culture rooted in accountability, energy, and teamwork
• Managing scheduling, staffing, inventory, and operational systems
• Ensuring cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards are consistently met
• Partnering with culinary and bar leadership to execute a polished guest experience
• Being highly visible on the floor and actively involved in service operations
What We’re Looking For
• 5 years of General Manager experience in high-volume full-service restaurants
• Background in brewery, tavern, upscale casual, or hospitality-driven concepts preferred
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, labor, and COGS
• Proven ability to lead large teams in fast-paced environments
• Hands-on leadership style with strong floor presence
• Experience developing managers and creating operational structure
• Strong guest recovery and relationship-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a tourism-heavy, seasonal business environment
• Stable work history with strong tenure preferred
