What You’ll Own
- Full P&L responsibility for a high-volume downtown location
- Recruiting, hiring, and developing a high-performing team
- Delivering an exceptional guest experience on every shift
- Driving sales while managing food and labor costs
- Creating a strong, positive, and accountable team culture
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of restaurant management experience (fast-casual preferred)
- A natural leader who earns respect through action and consistency
- Strong operational and financial acumen
- Hands-on, floor-driven leadership style
- Adaptable, resilient, and composed under pressure
- Local to Pittsburgh or open to relocation
