A high volume, guest focused beer hall and event driven restaurant in Franklin Square is seeking an experienced Beerhall Manager to lead daily front of house operations, drive team performance, and maintain an energetic guest experience in a fast paced environment.
This role is ideal for a hospitality leader who thrives in high traffic service environments, knows how to manage large teams efficiently, and can balance operational execution with strong guest engagement.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Overseeing day to day beerhall and dining room operations during high volume service periods
• Leading, coaching, and developing FOH team members to maintain strong service standards
• Managing floor operations, staffing coverage, shift execution, and guest flow
• Handling guest concerns professionally while maintaining a positive atmosphere
• Monitoring labor performance, scheduling, and operational efficiency
• Supporting food and beverage quality standards, cleanliness, and compliance
• Partnering with senior leadership on team accountability and operational goals
• Maintaining a strong presence on the floor during peak business hours, nights, weekends, and events
What We’re Looking For
• 3 years of restaurant or beer hall management experience in a high volume environment
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable
• Experience managing busy service periods, banquet traffic, or event driven operations preferred
• Hands on manager who leads from the floor, not from the office
• Strong guest service instincts and ability to resolve issues quickly
• Experience with scheduling, labor management, and team development
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands require
Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
