We are seeking a District Manager to lead multiple high-performing bakery cafés, coaching managers, driving operational excellence, and ensuring every location delights guests.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead district operations with a focus on revenue growth, guest satisfaction, and team development
- Mentor and inspire café managers to achieve operational and service excellence
- Ensure consistent execution of bakery, café, and service standards across all locations
- Oversee financial performance, P&L accountability, labor, and inventory management
- Implement training programs and ongoing development initiatives for managers and staff
- Handle escalated guest concerns and maintain exceptional brand reputation
- Travel to all district locations and new openings as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–7 years in European-style café, bakery, or high-volume café operations
- Strong operational background in P&L management, inventory, and staffing
- Hands-on, visible leadership style with a passion for mentoring and coaching
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, high emotional intelligence
- Proven ability to scale locations, lead multi-unit teams, and deliver high-quality guest experiences
- Flexibility to travel across the district and work varied shifts including weekends
