We’re hiring experienced Line Cooks for a well-established, high-volume Italian dining concept in the Terra Alta area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled culinary professional who thrives in a structured kitchen, takes pride in consistency, and can step into service with confidence.

This is not an entry-level kitchen role. We’re looking for dependable cooks with real line experience who can contribute immediately in a fast-paced, professional environment.

What You’ll Do:
• Execute high-quality food production during busy service periods
• Work grill, sauté, pasta, expo, and/or multi-station line assignments
• Maintain consistency, timing, and presentation standards
• Support prep production and station readiness
• Follow recipes, specs, and kitchen systems precisely
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team during high-volume service

What We’re Looking For:
2 years of true line cook experience in scratch kitchens
• Background in Italian, upscale casual, steakhouse, resort, hotel, brewery, or polished casual concepts strongly preferred
• Experience with grill, sauté, pasta, wood-fired, or multi-station cooking
• Strong urgency and ability to stay composed under pressure
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance are essential
• Team-oriented mindset with strong professionalism
• Able to contribute with minimal supervision

Compensation & Benefits:
$18–$22 per hour (based on experience and station strength)
