As General Manager, you act as the “CEO” of your location. You’ll drive daily operations, revenue, and exceptional guest experiences while managing a high-performing team and overseeing all technical and financial aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Ensure seamless daily operations and flawless execution of VR experiences.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor Guest Experience Guides to deliver top-tier service.
- Profitability & Sales: Drive revenue growth through local marketing initiatives, community partnerships, and effective labor and inventory management.
- Technical Management: Oversee VR hardware/software systems and troubleshoot POS and technical issues as they arise.
- Guest Experience: Maintain premium standards, ensuring memorable experiences, positive reviews, and repeat business.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of management experience in retail, hospitality, or entertainment.
- “CEO Mentality”: proactive, independent, and responsible in decision-making.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Comfortable with technology and technical troubleshooting.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a retail environment.
- Bilingual (essential for Miami location).
Salary & Benefits:
- Base salary: $65,000 – $70,000
