Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
- Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction
- Manage inventory, control costs, and ensure proper stocking of all supplies
- Implement and maintain operational systems, policies, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to maintain high standards of performance
- Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and support employee growth
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and motivated work environment
Customer Service Excellence
- Deliver a guest-first experience by ensuring top-quality service
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally

Qualifications
Experience
- 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally in fast-casual or quick-service
- Proven track record managing staff, driving operational results, and improving guest satisfaction
