Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven General Manager to lead our team and oversee all aspects of restaurant operations. This role offers a competitive annual salary of $59,000–$65,000, plus potential performance bonuses, with flexible time-off options.

As General Manager, you will act as the operational leader of the restaurant, responsible for driving profitability, managing daily operations, inspiring a high-performing team, and ensuring guests consistently receive an exceptional dining experience.


Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

  • Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction
  • Manage inventory, control costs, and ensure proper stocking of all supplies
  • Implement and maintain operational systems, policies, and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to maintain high standards of performance
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and support employee growth
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and motivated work environment

Customer Service Excellence

  • Deliver a guest-first experience by ensuring top-quality service
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
  • Develop initiatives to enhance the guest experience and encourage repeat business

Financial Management

  • Monitor labor, food, and operational costs to optimize profitability
  • Prepare budgets, track expenses, and analyze financial performance
  • Adjust strategies as needed to achieve sales and revenue goals

Marketing & Community Engagement

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute local promotions and events
  • Build brand awareness and cultivate relationships with the local community

Scheduling & Labor Management

  • Manage weekly schedules to ensure proper staffing coverage while controlling labor costs
  • Adapt staffing during peak periods and support operational flexibility


Qualifications

Experience

  • 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally in fast-casual or quick-service
  • Proven track record managing staff, driving operational results, and improving guest satisfaction

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Financial acumen including budget management, P&L oversight, and cost control
  • Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Passion for Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Certifications

  • ServSafe preferred
