What You Will Own
- Full ownership of daily restaurant operations and service execution
- Leadership, training, and development of a high-performing front-of-house team
- Accountability for P&L, including labor management, cost control, and revenue performance
- Maintaining Michelin-level service standards across every shift
- Driving a culture of accountability, consistency, and excellence
- Active presence on the floor during service
Must-Have Qualifications
- Direct experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant in a leadership role
- Proven track record as a General Manager or equivalent operational leader
- Strong ownership of P&L and financial outcomes
- Stable career progression in high-end restaurant environments
- Deep understanding of fine dining service, guest engagement, and team leadership
