About the RoleAs a key member of our leadership team, the Guest Relations Manager will oversee and develop a team of 12 guest relations and reservations professionals. You will ensure that every guest receives a warm, seamless, and personalized experience — whether they’re booking weeks out or being welcomed on the dining room floor.
This is a hands-on, guest-facing position requiring a confident presence, impeccable communication, and an intuitive understanding of high-touch service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, manage, and mentor the Guest Relations & Reservations teams (approx. 12 team members).
- Oversee all guest communication touchpoints, including reservations, confirmations, special requests, and VIP management.
- Work the dining room floor during service to ensure exceptional guest experiences and smooth coordination with FOH and BOH.
- Maintain and elevate hospitality standards in alignment with Michelin-star service expectations.
- Review and analyze booking patterns, guest feedback, and operational systems to optimize flow and experience.
- Coordinate closely with the General Manager, Chef, and FOH leaders to anticipate guest needs and personalize service.
- Manage VIP and high-profile clientele with discretion, warmth, and professionalism.
- Develop training programs to elevate team performance, communication, and hospitality finesse.
- 3–5 years of leadership experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or Michelin-starred environments.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire guest-facing teams.
- Highly polished communication skills — warm, clear, and professional.
- Genuine passion for hospitality, people, and creating unforgettable experiences.
- Strong understanding of reservation systems (Resy, SevenRooms, OpenTable, etc.).
- Composed under pressure, solution-oriented, and naturally gracious.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in fine dining.
