Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations, managing labor, inventory, and cost of goods sold (COGS).
- Hire, train, coach, and develop shift leaders and team members.
- Ensure shifts are fully staffed, and operations run smoothly during nights and weekends.
- Execute sales and operational goals, maintaining high-quality standards and brand consistency.
- Foster a high-energy, customer-focused culture.
- Monitor performance metrics and take proactive action to drive store success.
Qualifications
- Proven restaurant management experience, preferably in high-volume QSR locations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
- High-energy, proactive, and able to make independent decisions.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and long shifts.
- Food-handling knowledge required; culinary experience a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $60,000 – $65,000
- Bonus: Up to $12,000/year (based on labor, sales, and COGS performance)
- Paid bi-weekly; bonus paid monthly
