General Manager - High-Volume Quick-Service Concept

Seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume quick-service restaurant in Brockton, MA. This role focuses on operational excellence, team leadership, and sales performance in a fast-paced environment. The GM will manage a team of ~14–17 employees, oversee labor and COGS, and ensure consistent quality and brand standards.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations, managing labor, inventory, and cost of goods sold (COGS).
  • Hire, train, coach, and develop shift leaders and team members.
  • Ensure shifts are fully staffed, and operations run smoothly during nights and weekends.
  • Execute sales and operational goals, maintaining high-quality standards and brand consistency.
  • Foster a high-energy, customer-focused culture.
  • Monitor performance metrics and take proactive action to drive store success.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven restaurant management experience, preferably in high-volume QSR locations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
  • High-energy, proactive, and able to make independent decisions.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and long shifts.
  • Food-handling knowledge required; culinary experience a plus.

 

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $60,000 – $65,000
  • Bonus: Up to $12,000/year (based on labor, sales, and COGS performance)
  • Paid bi-weekly; bonus paid monthly
  • 401(k) eligibility, partial medical coverage
  • 2 weeks paid vacation
