We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead a high-volume, fast-growing bakery café concept in New York City.

What You’ll Do
- Lead all daily café operations (food, beverage, retail, catering)
- Manage full P&L responsibility including labor and cost controls
- Hire, train, coach, and develop management and hourly teams
- Drive revenue through local marketing and catering initiatives
- Maintain brand standards, food safety, and operational compliance
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve service issues
- Build a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture
- Partner with district leadership to execute company initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of General Manager experience in fast casual, café, bakery, or high-volume restaurant environments
- Proven P&L management experience
- Strong labor and cost control background
- Experience managing teams of 25 employees
- Catering sales or local store marketing experience preferred
- Hands-on leadership style with strong floor presence
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, structured, multi-daypart environment
- Experience with POS systems and operational reporting tools
