We’re hiring a District Manager to oversee multiple full-service restaurant locations in the Milwaukee market. This role requires a hands-on, results-driven leader with strong financial acumen and a proven track record of improving performance across multiple units.
What You’ll Own
- Full oversight of 4–7 restaurant locations
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational consistency
- Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and leadership teams
- Ensure execution of brand standards, service, and food quality
- Manage P&L performance across all locations (labor, food cost, controllables)
- Identify underperforming stores and execute turnaround strategies
- Partner with leadership on hiring, training, and succession planning
Must-Have Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
- Current or recent District Manager / Area Director experience
- OR strong multi-unit GM ready for step-up with clear multi-unit exposure
- Background in full-service, casual dining chains
- (IHOP, Applebee’s, Denny’s, Chili’s, etc.)
- Proven ownership of multi-unit P&L performance
- Track record of:
- Improving underperforming locations
- Driving sales and guest satisfaction
- Experience leading high-volume restaurants
- Stable career progression (no job hopping)

Compensation
- $95,000 – $105,000 base salary
- Performance-based bonus opportunity
