A growing, multi-unit quick-service / fast-casual restaurant group is seeking a District Manager to oversee 6 locations. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, developing leadership teams, and maximizing sales and profitability across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operations for 6 restaurant locations
- Lead, coach, and hold General/Restaurant Managers accountable
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and budget performance
- Develop high-potential leaders for promotion
- Conduct regular site visits, audits, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with company standards, food safety, and policies
- Resolve escalated employee and guest issues
- Support new store openings and local marketing initiatives
- Manage scheduling oversight, cash controls, and operational systems
Qualifications
- 3 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Experience with P&L management, budgeting, and cost control
- Ability to manage high-volume operations across multiple locations
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
