Staff Pharmacist – Lenexa, KS

What You’ll Do
- Ensure accuracy and safety in all aspects of medication preparation, compounding, and dispensing.
- Partner with nursing teams to coordinate patient care and support positive outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and accreditation standards.
- Provide clinical insight and guidance to pharmacy staff, nurses, and prescribers.
- Support purchasing, scheduling, and quality-improvement initiatives as needed.
- Step into leadership responsibilities under the direction of the Pharmacist-in-Charge when appropriate.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
- Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of practice (multi-state a plus)
- 1–2 years of recent experience in clinical or infusion pharmacy preferred
- Strong understanding of infusion therapies, compounding, and pharmacokinetics
- High attention to detail and accuracy; commitment to compliance
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a steady, well-structured care environment
