Specialty Infusion - Chronic Sales Executive - Dallas, TX
In This Role, You Will:
- Grow your territory by developing new referral relationships and strengthening existing partnerships.
- Execute sales strategies that align with patient-first values and organizational goals.
- Collaborate closely with clinical, operations, and pharmacy teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Educate providers and staff on specialty infusion therapies and service capabilities.
- Address provider and patient needs with urgency, professionalism, and empathy.
- Manage your territory like your own business—setting goals, tracking progress, and delivering outcomes that matter.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of healthcare sales experience, ideally within infusion, specialty pharmacy, or home health.
- Experience specializing in Immunoglobulin (IG) and/or Neurology-related therapies preferred.
- Solid understanding of medical terminology and the infusion care landscape.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage your territory independently.
- Clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel locally.
Bonus Points For:
- Demonstrated success in infusion or specialty pharmacy sales.
- Familiarity with CPR or similar healthcare CRM platforms.
- Established relationships with providers in neurology, immunology, or rheumatology.
