What You’ll Own
You will:
• Build and grow relationships with health system pharmacy teams, physicians, nurses, and key stakeholders
• Develop new accounts while strengthening existing partnerships
• Drive referral growth and increase access to oncology therapies
• Act as a trusted partner throughout the prescription and patient journey
• Collaborate cross-functionally to quickly resolve challenges and improve the customer experience
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth
• Own your territory strategy, reporting, and performance metrics
• Represent your organization at industry events, conferences, and meetings
What You Bring
• 5–10 years of pharmaceutical or specialty pharmacy sales experience (oncology preferred)
• Proven ability to build and maintain high-value clinical and provider relationships
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
