JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description The Hilton Madison Monona Terrace is
seeking a strong Director of Human Resources. This professional will
support the human capital needs of our vibrant hotel. As the Director of
Human Resources, you will report to the Hotel\'s General Manager and
directly provide the Human Resource services for the team of
approximately 100 associates. As a key member of the Executive
Committee, your insights and leadership will play a pivotal role in

Oversee all areas of Human Resources administration. This includes but
is not limited to associate relations, recruiting and onboarding,
training and development, benefit administration, leave of absence,
workers compensation, policy compliance, union relations, culture
building, and community involvement. Lead labor relationships with one
on associate relations issues such as investigations,
coaching/counseling, and policy enforcement. Recommend, evaluate and
support Hilton and Marcus Hotels\' brand training and development
programs, as well as remain current with industry trends in order to
make necessary enhancements. Facilitate annual goal setting, performance
reviews, salary increases, and bonus payouts for all eligible
associates. Develop annual budgets for salaried labor and HR operating
expenses. Ensure expenses are forecasted correctly on a monthly basis.
Act as a member of the Executive Committee. Understand how to best
support operational departments by working closely with your peers.
Serve as a strategic partner who helps develops high potential leaders
and advocates for their progression. Champion associate recognition and
service excellence programs such as employee of the month, celebrating
positive guest surveys, encouraging cross-departmental appreciation, and
continuing to elevate service standards. Ensure communication of and
compliance with all policies, standards and practices, as well as
federal, state and local legislation pertaining to employment law.
